Privacy Policy
Snapvero · Effective September 19, 2026
This policy explains what information the Snapvero mobile application collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you. Snapvero is an offline application for preparing before-and-after photo reports. It has no user accounts and no server of ours: the projects, photographs and documents you create remain on your device.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of the data described here is the independent developer identified as the publisher of Snapvero on the App Store and Google Play. Enquiries about this policy or about your personal data may be sent to 49serggor@gmail.com.
2. Information that stays on your device
All content you create in the application — projects, photographs and the annotations drawn on them, notes and captions, the business details used in report headers, your logo, and the files produced on export — is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to the developer and is not accessible to us.
When you share an exported report, the file is handed to the destination you select in your operating system's sharing menu. From that point the file is subject to the terms of the service or application you chose.
The application requests access to the camera only when you take a photograph for a report. Photographs added from your library are supplied by the operating system's own picker; the application does not read the contents of your photo library, does not add location information to photographs, and does not access contacts or the microphone.
3. Information we collect
The application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, both provided by Google LLC, to monitor stability and understand how the application is used. Through these services we receive:
- Usage data — which screens are opened and which principal operations are performed, recorded as a fixed set of predefined events. This data never includes the content of your projects: no photographs, project or client names, notes, business details or file names are transmitted.
- Device and application information — device model, operating system version, application version and language settings.
- Identifiers — a randomly generated installation identifier assigned by Firebase. No advertising identifier is collected.
- Approximate location — a country or region derived by Google from the IP address of the connection. Precise location is never collected.
- Diagnostic data — crash reports, including the technical state of the application at the moment of failure, and basic performance measurements.
This information is pseudonymous: it is associated with a technical identifier rather than with your name or contact details, and we make no attempt to link it to you.
4. Why we collect it and on what legal basis
The information described in section 3 is used for one purpose: to keep the application working correctly and to guide its further development. We identify crashes and the builds and devices affected by them, and we observe which features are used so that development effort is directed accordingly.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing and improving the application (Article 6(1)(f)). You have the right to object to processing carried out on this basis; see sections 8 and 9.
We do not use this information for advertising or profiling, and the application contains no advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in United States privacy laws.
5. Your choices
The application does not currently offer an in-application setting to switch diagnostics off. You can prevent the collection described in section 3 by withdrawing the application's access to the network in your device settings, or by removing the application. Doing so does not affect any other function: Snapvero is designed to work entirely offline.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Diagnostic information is processed by Google LLC in its capacity as provider of Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, under the Firebase privacy and security terms. No other third party receives data from the application.
Google processes this data on servers located in several countries, including the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place under the data protection terms that form part of Google's terms for these services.
7. Retention
Because no account exists, we hold no records that identify you. Diagnostic information is kept by Google for limited periods determined by the configuration of the services named in section 6, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
Content stored on your device is retained until you delete it. Deleting a project removes it and its photographs; removing the application deletes all of its stored data. Application data is not included in system backups, so project content is not copied to cloud backup services. Files you have exported or shared yourself are governed by the rules of the location you saved them to.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
For content held on your device, these rights are exercised directly in the application: projects can be reviewed, corrected, exported to a portable archive and deleted at any time. For diagnostic information, please note that the data is pseudonymous and the corresponding identifier is not shown in the application, so we are generally unable to isolate the records relating to a particular person. In practice the effective remedy is the one described in section 5.
9. Contact
Requests and questions concerning this policy should be addressed to 49serggor@gmail.com. Requests concerning personal data are answered within the period required by applicable law.
10. Children
Snapvero is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application or in applicable law. The revised version is published on this page, and the effective date shown above is updated with it.
